•   Ongoing website maintenance and support packages

The specific scope of each engagement is defined in a separate Service Agreement or quotation provided to the Client.

3. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree to:

•  Use the website for lawful purposes only

•  Not engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the website

•  Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems

•  Not transmit any content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

Upon receipt of full and final payment for a project, the Client receives full ownership rights over the completed website and design deliverables as specified in the Service Agreement. Reimagined Media retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

Our work may incorporate third-party frameworks, plugins, or licensed assets. Where such components are used, their respective licence terms apply. Reimagined Media will advise Clients of any material third-party licences applicable to their project.

5. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to external websites or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., payment gateways, AI platforms, hosting providers). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or performance of these external services. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

• Our total liability to any Client shall not exceed the fees paid by that Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for aparticular purpose of any information or service provided

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under South African law.

7. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms for services are set out in the applicable Service Agreement or quotation. Generally:

• A 50% deposit is required before work commences
• The balance is payable upon completion, prior to launch or delivery
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on select service packages as advertised
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to enquiries-za@reimagined.media

Reimagined Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where payment obligations are not met.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary, sensitive, or business-critical information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

9. Data Protection and POPIA

Reimagined Media processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). By using our website or services, you consent to such processing as described in our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

10. User-Generated Content

You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to any materials you provide to us.
